Preserving my celery harvest 🫜🥬🌱🥒🥕 I have used these recipes for a few years now and they are great for making the most of the whole plant. I grow a year's worth of celery every year, and each of these recipes allows me to store my celery until the following harvest. 🌱 Freezing 🌱 Celery freezes really well as long as you cook it when you come to use it once it's frozen (in other words, you can't eat it raw once frozen).
