Christy Nguyen on Instagram: "$5 rotisserie chicken pho hack Ingredients: Rotisserie chicken 12 cups of water 1/2 onion 2 large slices of ginger Chicken Pho Soup Base or Chicken bouillon 8 pcs of star anise 1 tbsp rock sugar 3 tbsp fish sauce (optional and to taste) 1 can quail eggs (optional) 2 bags of pho, rice noodles Condiments: Cilantro, green onions, white onions, lime, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce, sriracha, garlic oil, chili oil and basil. Shred the chicken then use the bones for the soup.
